NanoCode

The European Project NanoCode: a multistakeholder dialogue providing inputs to implement the European Code of Conduct for Responsible Nanosciences & Nanotechnologies Research commenced on the 1st January 2010. The kick-off meeting for the project took place in Rome in mid-January. This two-year project is funded under the Programme Capacities, in the area Science in Society, within the 7th Framework Program (FP7).

The objective of NanoCode is to define and develop a framework aimed at supporting the successful integration and implementation, at European level and beyond, of the Code of Conduct (CoC) for nanosciences and nanotechnologies (N&N) research as developed by the European Commission.
